Hear, hear! Feeling the synchronicity ~ as I just posted something similar as to what your father said in my newsletter "the map versus the terrain".

I'm glad to read about someone using Chat GPT and embracing AI technology. Not because I'm an extremist, but because I see it as a tool, and a very useful one. Customized cooking and baking is a wonderful example, too. I've dabbled with having things explained from work to philosophical ideas, to general improvement.

Because it is a conversation! I started with Brave's own version Leo because I use Brave browser (no ads). Chat GPT is far superior but for something shorter and easier Leo's great because I don't always need or want a deep dive.

Feeling this series, Bonnie, will check them out! xo

Hello Lani! Loved the synchronicity - there has been parallel conversations in my world about remembering that "the map is not the territory". (I've read your post - and love it - and will share some reflection there later.)

The more I engage with ChatGPT, the more I recognise its potentials to do a lot of good - as long as I use it with mindfulness and intention. I've also started to contemplate where my boundaries are, what are the things I would not use ChatGPT for, etc.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with Brave's Leo, too. I plan to expand my experimentation with different tools. At the end of the day, it's about embracing and flowing with the evolution of our world. Let's keep playing :)

I love this reframe, Bonnie! I'll admit, I haven't used Chatgpt as much as I could. I'm so used to doing it all on my own, it has been hard to shift my own mindset and be creative with what it can possibly do for me. I bet it would clear up a lot of mental space and time if I leaned in. Something to consider!

While I have seen it firsthand how ChatGPT can enhance business operation (- my former employer even went above and beyond to customise ChatGPT for in-house uses!), it's taken me a while to weigh up the pro's and con's and figure out how best to use it to support my daily life. The reality is our world is SO over-saturated with information layered with increasing complexity. I've found myself often paralysed by too much information and not knowing what to do - and ChatGPT offers a starting point to move forward, and I can continue with discernment and boundaries.

Also, my intuition tells me it's important to lean in and contribute to the "consciousness" of ChatGPT. It sounds wild and woo-woo, but it makes sense as we journey the Aquarius era - all these technological advances are not going away!

Give it a try and have fun experimenting. I'd love to see how it lands for you!
