This topic is so important for people who don't experience hearing loss to be aware of; just because we can't see it, doesn't mean people don't struggle. Love this. I too only started being curious about my hearing disability in the last few years, despite being diagnosed almost 35 years ago! Working in a masked up hospital during COVID forced me too because I found suddenly that I couldn't hear anything. Really appreciate your reflections.

Older relatives who are less tech-savvy have struggled, but a Bluetooth connection has been a huge step forward. Now they hear every notification! Thanks for sharing your experiences.
